Existe muito boa informa&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o no documento e &amp;eacute; sem d&amp;uacute;vida um exemplo e um modelo para outros governos, nomeadamente o Portugu&amp;ecirc;s.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
